Ceiling-hung smoke and fume collectors
These are designed to capture and filter ambient dust, fumes, weld smoke, and other airborne pollutants in facilities where floor space is limited. Filtered air is returned to the work area so there is no loss of heat in winter and no building penetration for external venting is needed. Our ceiling-hung smoke and fume collectors include features such as:
- Turbo pulse clean system with a differential pressure gauge and sequencing timer board in enclosure
- Dust drawers for collected material
- Integral blower and controls
Portable fume extractors
These are an effective source capture technology for extracting weld fumes directly at the source. As a result, little to no harmful fume particulates will reach the welder’s respiratory area or accumulate on nearby floors, walls, and machines. These mobile systems are well-suited for small facilities that cannot afford or fit a large, complex system. Portable fume extractors can also easily travel between workstations.
